Payments made through the site are done so through RBS WorldPay, a credit card processing service used by thousands of other websites. This system provides safe reliable e-commerce in accordance with industry standards, so please know that you are in very safe hands!

Your personal information is used by us only to process and ship your orders. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you to help process your order. Our secure sever software encrypts all personal information helping to ensure that your information stays private and protected, just as you want it.

If for some reason you are unable to order over the Internet, we are more then happy to take your order over the phone. Please call us on 020 7367 4481 to speak to one of our customer service team, the only information you need is your payment details, delivery address and of course, which one of our toys you wish to purchase! You can also email your order details to enquiries@nexusrange.com.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please call our customer service team immediately on 020 7367 4481, quoting your full name, address and the order number which appears in your order confirmation. Please note that once an order has been despatched there is no way of amending or cancelling it, so please be sure when you place your order!
Shipping
We offer the following shipping tariffs for each customer:
UK - £4.95 recorded delivery for receipt within 3 working days
Europe - £7.50 recorded delivery for receipt within 5-10 working days
USA and ROW - £7.50 recorded delivery for receipt within 10-15 working days
We also offer a Worldwide Express delivery service from just £14
All orders are sent Registered Mail unless the expedited service has been selected. We process all orders that are received before 12 noon that very same day. Orders received after the cut off time (12 noon) will be processed the next day. We have seven dedicated warehouses across Europe and America so shipping is safe, tracked and controlled by Nexus from start to finish - so you know that you are safe with us!
If your parcel seems delayed, please contact us via email to deliveries@nexusrange.com to check the status of your order. Each order has its own unique tracking number so there is no chance of it ever getting lost. Delivery times for recorded international post vary so please allow a minimum of 10 days before contacting us.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products sold through the Pleasure2Me website, we can only accept the return of items still in their original condition complete within the original packaging with unbroken seals to ensure that the product has not been used - for health and safety reasons we cannot accept products which have been used.
In the event that a faulty product has been received, please contact us directly to discuss the matter further.
Faulty Returns procedure:
1 : Contact Pleasure2Me by phone, email or in writing to receive a Return Authorisation
2 : Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging with sales invoice
3 : Put a note in the parcel (essential) with your details and describing the problem
4 : Post item(s) to the address we will give you.
5 : Use Royal Mail's 'Recorded delivery' to make sure item arrives safely and quickly

Once we receive the item we will first check that the item is at fault before issuing a refund or replacement.
Use of Our Products
None of the products sold through Pleasure2Me should be used without the appropriate health and safety knowledge on the part of the user. We try our best where possible to give helpful tips relating to the safe use of our products, but we maintain that it is the user's responsibility to ensure that our products are not used in any way that could be harmful to either the user or to others.
